truly cannot say enough good things about Allie From the very beginning, she made me feel so calm, heard, and cared for, something that meant the world to me on such an emotional day. She didn’t just do my hair and makeup beautifully (which she absolutely did), she helped me feel like the most confident, radiant version of myself walking down the aisle.

She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and executed everything flawlessly. My hair and makeup held up perfectly all day and night, through happy tears, hugs, and dancing. I still felt like me, just elevated.

Beyond her talent, her presence was such a gift on my wedding morning. She brought such a peaceful, kind energy that instantly put me at ease. Allie was absolutely phenomenal to work with for my wedding. From the very beginning, she made me feel completely comfortable and heard. (Especially since I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about professional makeup on myself, as someone who had never had their makeup done professionally before.) She included me in every step of the process, checked in constantly, and made sure everything felt like me, not just a one-size-fits-all bridal look. When I look back on photos of our wedding now, I am so happy with how my makeup still looked like me but had just the touch of glam that I wanted. I was also pleasantly surprised with the longevity of the makeup. It survived hours of happy tears, dancing, sweating and eating.

I also appreciated how accommodating Allie was about my preference for a lip stain instead of a traditional lipstick and I wanted to be sure to mention it in this review. It sounds small, but it made such a difference in how confident and natural I felt all day, and it was a great surprise for my husband who hates how me wearing lipstick feels when kissing me. (He was anticipating having to be a trooper about it day-of, so I was glad that I got to surprise him with that.)

Additionally, Allie’s assistant Alex was also wonderful and did an amazing job with the bridesmaids. Everyone looked so beautiful and felt taken care of. Hands down, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend Allie a thousand times over.
